Getting started with Titanova
Updated October 28, 2026
Titanova runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 26.1 or later, on Mac with macOS 26.1 or later, and on Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later. The Apple Watch app comes with the iPhone app, and one purchase covers every device.
No account needed
There is nothing to sign up for. Your data stays on your devices and syncs through your own iCloud account. See iCloud sync and backup.
Your first launch
A short setup helps you pick a goal and a few habits. Every step can be skipped. Titanova then shows its plans once; close the screen to continue on the free plan.
Afterwards, the Get Started list on Today walks you through the basics.
Find your way around
- Today shows what is planned for today: tasks, habits and, if you like, your calendar.
- Habits and Goals hold everything you track.
- Browse holds your Inbox, Upcoming, lists, areas, projects, Templates and Settings.
- Assistant appears where the Assistant can answer; otherwise the tab bar shows Insights.
On iPhone, Settings › Tab Bar lets you reorder or hide tabs. On iPad and Mac, a sidebar takes the place of the tabs.
Add your first goal, habit and task
- Type a task the way you say it, like “Call mom tomorrow 6pm”, and Titanova fills in the date and time. This works in every language Titanova speaks.
- Add a New Habit and choose what you track: a check, a count, an amount or time.
- Add a New Goal and decide what success looks like, then choose what counts toward it.
Not sure where to begin? Open Browse › Templates for ready-made plans, habits and programs. What you add becomes your own, and you can change anything.
See an example, or replay the tours
Open Settings › Help and tap Add “How to Use Titanova” to see a filled-in example. Remove it from the same place. Replay Tours shows the short tours again.
Change the language
Titanova follows your device’s language. To pick another one just for Titanova, open Settings › General › Language.
