Accessibility

We want Titanova to work with the accessibility settings you already use on iPhone and iPad. This page says what we claim today, what we have checked but not yet confirmed on a device, and what is still open.

What we claim today

  • Dark Interface. Titanova follows your system appearance and supports dark mode throughout.

Checked, not yet claimed

We test Titanova with Apple’s accessibility audit, screenshots at the largest accessibility text size and a scan of the code. These checks have not yet been confirmed on a physical device, so we do not list them as supported yet. We will update this page when they are.

  • Larger Text. Screens were checked at the largest accessibility text size in English, Turkish, German and French. Eight other languages have not been checked yet.
  • Contrast. With Increase Contrast turned on, Titanova uses Apple’s more accessible teal accent. At default settings the accent teal is lighter, and teal text and white text on a teal fill measure about 2.1:1 against the background.
  • Not relying on colour alone. Where colour carried meaning, such as overdue dates, we added a symbol or text.
  • Reduced Motion. Motion effects respect the Reduce Motion setting. One item is left: the close button on the Titanova Pro screen fades in, without movement.

Not claimed

  • VoiceOver and Voice Control. We have labelled controls and reviewed how the screens read, but we have not yet tested the main tasks with VoiceOver or Voice Control on a device, so we do not claim support.
  • Captions and Audio Descriptions. Not applicable: Titanova has no video or audio content.

Known limits

  • At the largest text sizes, the “Last 12 Months” map in Habits can overlap its month labels.
  • In Turkish, German and French at the largest text sizes, long words in tiles, chips and titles can break or be cut off. No control is hidden by this.
