What’s New
Release notes for every Titanova update on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch: what is new and what changed.
Version 2.2
Titanova 2.2 brings an Assistant that runs on your device, a calendar, Titanova for Mac and seven new languages.
Assistant
- Ask about your tasks, goals and habits in the new Assistant tab, and let it plan your day or week.
- It suggests new tasks, habits and goals, and changes to the ones you have. Nothing changes until you tap.
- Dictate, or take a photo of a note to turn its text into tasks. Ask from Siri, Control Center or the share sheet.
- Uses Apple Intelligence on your device and chats in English, Turkish, German, French and Spanish. No limit for 7 days, then 3 free questions a day, or no limit with Titanova Pro.
- With the Assistant tab, Insights moves to Browse. Put it back in the tab bar in Settings › Tab Bar.
Calendar and time blocks
- Switch Today to Calendar for a day, three days or a week, with your events, tasks, habits and time blocks.
- Drag to move or resize, and drop unplanned tasks into your day.
- Add and edit events, get an alert before events, and see events in the Agenda widget.
Titanova for Mac
- Titanova now runs on Mac, with the same purchase and the same iCloud data.
- A menu bar item, Quick Entry over any app with ⌃⌥N, multiple windows and keyboard shortcuts.
Languages
- Titanova is now in Turkish, German, Japanese, French, Spanish, Traditional Chinese and Korean. Quick Add and Siri understand each of them.
Also new
- Habits: the Week layout shows all your habits for the week on one grid.
- Reminders: in Settings › Integrations › Mirror Reminders, pick lists to show as tasks. They follow every change in Reminders, and Reminders is never changed.
- Areas: add a cover, a picture as the icon and a vision board, from Photos or made with Image Playground.
- Settings › Appearance: pick an accent color and a light or dark theme. On iPhone, reorder or hide tabs in Settings › Tab Bar.
- iPhone Duo: the unfolded screen shows a sidebar, like iPad.
- Apple Watch: Focus Timer and Log Habit controls in Control Center and on the Action button (watchOS 27), and a summary when a focus session ends.
- Goals: a Table layout on iPad and Mac. On the timeline, group and filter, and on iPad and Mac drag bars to change dates.
- iPad and Mac: hover over a task to set its date, link or tags, and drag several tasks at once.
- With Differentiate Without Color on, habit days and late tasks also show a symbol.
- Fixes and smaller improvements across the app.
Version 2.1
Titanova is now on Apple Watch, and tasks can repeat on their own.
Apple Watch
- Today, Habits, Goals and Focus on your wrist. Turn the Digital Crown to move between them.
- Check off tasks and habits with a tap. Log an amount with the Digital Crown, or skip a habit for today.
- Add a task by voice or by typing. Say a date and time, or it goes to your Inbox.
- Add to a goal or set its new total.
- Start, pause and stop a focus timer. When it ends, add 5 more minutes from the notification.
- Complications for your habit ring, tasks left, your day and a goal, and an Up Next card in the Smart Stack.
- Apple Health habits and goals read Health on the watch itself.
- Uses the same iCloud data as your iPhone. Titanova Pro from your iPhone works on the watch.
Repeating tasks
- Repeat a task daily, on weekdays, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, every 3 or 6 months, yearly, or on your own schedule with an end date.
- Type it the way you say it: “Standup every day at 9am” makes a repeating task.
- The repeat sheet shows the next dates. Repeat History lists the times you completed, and you can undo one.
- A repeating task stays a task. It no longer moves to Habits.
- A repeat icon marks repeating tasks in your lists.
Attachments (Titanova Pro)
- Add photos and files to a task, and open them with a tap. A paperclip shows which tasks have them.
- Backups you export now include your attachments.
Timeline (Titanova Pro)
- See your goals and projects on one chart, by month, quarter, year or five years.
- Open it from Goals, or for a single goal or area from its menu.
Also new
- Titanova now runs on iOS 26.1 and iPadOS 26.1 and later.
- Import goals, habits and tasks from Titanova’s own CSV files in Settings › Data › Import from Other Apps.
- Goals that count Apple Health or focus time show their past periods.
- Drag subgoals and projects to reorder a goal’s or an area’s roadmap.
- Habit notes show the time you wrote them.
- Habit circles fill as you log each step, with a tap you can feel.
- Habits from templates and onboarding connect to Apple Health on iPhone and iPad.
- An amount you log by hand on an Apple Health habit adds to what Health counted.
- Two new goal templates: a monthly spending limit and a sleep range.
- Empty lists, the Inbox and Projects have a button to add the first item.
- Saved lists suggest their place and tags when you add a task from them.
- The Goal widget shows the period’s name and how you’re doing.
- On iPad: press Command-K to find any command, and hold Command to see every keyboard shortcut. In Quick Add, Command-Return adds and Tab moves between fields.
- On iPad: drag a task into Calendar, Notes or Mail, or onto Today, an area or a project in the sidebar.
Improvements
- Repeating tasks keep their time when you travel and across daylight saving time.
- Quick Add reads dates like 3/4 in your date format, and a time that has passed today moves to tomorrow.
- Quick Add understands “on the 1st every month”.
- Goals count each habit, unit and focus minute once.
- Ending a focus session early says Session Ended; sessions under a minute aren’t saved.
- Apple Health values on the Lock Screen and watch face can stay hidden while your device is locked.
- Fixes for widgets, focus, Someday, iPad split view, VoiceOver and many smaller things.
Please update Titanova on all your devices. Older versions can stop repeating tasks and remove attachments.
