Titanova for Mac
Updated October 28, 2026
Titanova for Mac needs macOS 26.1 or later. It uses the same purchase as iPhone and iPad, and your data syncs through iCloud with the same Apple Account.
Made for the Mac
- A sidebar holds your lists, areas and projects. Tasks, habits and goals open in an inspector next to the list.
- Open more than one window.
- Press Command-K to find any command. The menus show the keyboard shortcuts.
- Hover over a task to set its date, link or tags, and drag several tasks at once.
- In Goals, Layout › Table shows your goals in a table you can sort.
Menu bar and Quick Entry
The menu bar item shows today’s tasks and habits. Check them off without opening the app.
Quick Entry adds a task from any app: press Control-Option-N. To change the shortcut or hide the menu bar item, open Titanova › Settings › General.
Share from other apps
In Safari, Mail or Notes, click Share and choose Titanova. The page, text or link becomes a task in your Inbox.
What is different on Mac
- Apple Health isn’t available on Mac. A habit or goal that uses Health is tracked on iPhone and shows “Tracked on iPhone”.
- Location reminders and alarms aren’t available on Mac.
- The Assistant’s chat is on iPhone and iPad only.
Delete Titanova from a Mac
Deleting the app removes it. To remove its data from this Mac too, also delete the folders named com.koksoft.titanova in ~/Library/Containers and group.com.koksoft.titanova in ~/Library/Group Containers. Your synced data stays in iCloud until you delete it there; see Support.
