The Assistant
Updated October 28, 2026
The Assistant answers from what you keep in Titanova. It runs on your device with Apple Intelligence, and what you write isn’t sent anywhere.
Where you find it
Open the Assistant tab on iPhone or iPad. The tab shows when both are true:
- Your device supports Apple Intelligence. If Apple Intelligence is turned off, the tab is still there and tells you so.
- Titanova is in English, Turkish, German, French or Spanish. The chat answers only in these languages.
In other languages, and on devices without Apple Intelligence, there is no Assistant tab and Insights keeps its place in the tab bar. Titanova still makes suggestions with its own rules. To use the chat, set Titanova’s language to one of the five in Settings › General › Language.
Settings › Assistant shows the status on your device. Use Assistant turns it off or on.
The chat isn’t on Mac or Apple Watch.
Ask and plan
Ask in your own words, or start with a suggestion like “Plan my week” or “What’s overdue?”. The Assistant can suggest new tasks, habits or goals, or changes to the ones you have.
Nothing changes until you tap a suggestion, and you can undo it. Accept All takes every suggestion at once. The Assistant talks only about your goals, habits and tasks, and it never deletes anything.
Talk, take a photo or share
- Tap the microphone to dictate. Speech turns into text on your device.
- Take Photo or Choose Photo reads the text of a note or a list. Tap Keep as Tasks to turn its lines into tasks. The photo isn’t kept.
- Ask from Siri, from Control Center with Ask Assistant, or from the share sheet in another app with Ask Assistant.
Your chat stays private
The model runs on your device, and Titanova uses no cloud AI service. The chat isn’t saved: it is cleared when you tap New Chat or quit the app.
Free and Pro
For your first 7 days, the chat has no limit. After that, the free plan includes 3 questions a day, and Titanova Pro has no limit. Tapping a suggestion doesn’t use a question.
With Titanova Pro, the Assistant also writes suggestions in Plan Day, a summary in the weekly review and a plan for a goal. For now, it writes these only in English; in other languages, Titanova makes these suggestions with its own rules.
Where did Insights go?
When the Assistant tab is on, Insights moves to Browse. To put it back in the tab bar, open Settings › Tab Bar.
